DoseMatters Solutions LLC, and as applicable, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and managed entities (collectively referred to herein as "DoseMatters," "our," "us," or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information of our website visitors, customers, and partners ("you"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our website (the "Site"), any customer portals or platforms we operate or provide access to (the "Portal"), and our related services (together with the Site and Portal, the "Services"). 1. About DoseMatters Solutions

DoseMatters Solutions LLC is a healthcare technology and management services organization ("MSO") that provides management, administrative, operational, and technology services to affiliated medical practices, including TeleDaaS® PLLC, which provides physician-approved personalized dosimetry treatment planning for Y-90 radioembolization cancer treatments. DoseMatters Solutions does not practice medicine, is not a healthcare provider, and does not make clinical decisions. All clinical services are provided by the affiliated medical practices and their licensed providers.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our Services, we may collect, store, and process various kinds of data, including Personal Information. "Personal Information" refers to information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, professional credentials, company name, or transaction information.

DoseMatters Solutions acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA and maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of PHI. Any use or disclosure of PHI is governed by applicable Business Associate Agreements and HIPAA regulations, which take precedence over this Privacy Policy to the extent of any conflict. DoseMatters Solutions does not use PHI for marketing purposes or sell PHI to third parties.
